Winger Rowlands, who can play either side or behind the striker, who's previous clubs include Rhyl, Airbus and Cefn Druids, first came to light playing for Heswall in the West Cheshire League where he averaged a goal a game before a switch to Connahs Quay Nomads in 2007; He has a great delivery and is a match winner on his day.
He then went on to play for Airbus, and then signed for Cefn Druids before a return to Airbus during the January Transfer Window. With apperances limited for the Wingmakers, he then moved to Newton in January 2011.
In 2013/14, he moved to Rhyl FC where he stayed until a move to Conwy Boroughearlier this season.
Rowlands said of his move, "I'm looking forward to getting started and only heard good things about the club, where I hope to get back enjoying my football again."
On behalf of the club, we would like to welcome Tom to Halkyn Road.
