Our opponents play in the Spar Mid Wales Division 2 League and currently sit top of the league having played 5 matches and won all 5. Hay St Mary's also made it through to the first round proper of the Welsh Cup by beating Welsh Alliance opposition Barmouth & Dyffryn United 5-0 on Saturday so we know that the game is going to be tough.

After last season's heroics, Town will once again be looking for a good cup run and as last season's semi finalists, Town entered the competition in the first round proper, avoiding the Qualifying Rounds due to last season's success.
