The Reserves took the lead in the 5th minute through Bailey Roberts, then Owen Davies (Pictured) increased the lead with around 20 minutes played. Ryan Jones scored a great goal to make it 3-0 before the hosts pulled one back.

Inform Bailey Roberts grabbed his second of the game just before half time to give the Wellmen a commanding lead at the interval.

The Wellmen failed to add to their goal tally in the second half but let Denbigh Town score to put them back in the game, but the Wellmen held out and despite a late injury time goal by the home side, the Wellmen hung on to victory.

Manager Eddie Barry added, "I was impressed with today's victory and despite missing several players, the youngsters who came instepped up to the mark."
