Eddie Barry's Reserve side return to Halkyn Road on Saturday as they welcome Cefn Albion in the Welsh National League Reserve and Colts Division League Cup.
The Wellmen will be looking to repeat the performance of their last game at Halkyn Road after they demolished New Brighton Villa 6-0 a couple of weeks ago. Town will be hoping that the scoreline from the last game was just a blip and will not be repeated again this season, and will be looking at Ryan Edge to continue his fine scoring form and hopefully hit the target again on Saturday.
Cefn Albion have played 3 times this season in the league, winning two game and losing the other. Victories against Johnstown Youth (7-4) and away at Brymbo (3-2) tells us that this won't be an easy game, and the Wellmen will have to keep Callum Mannion and Ben Allen quiet in front of goal as both have scored 4 goals in 3 games that they have played.
The match kicks off at 2.30pm at Halkyn Road and if you are not going to Ruthin, please make every effort to support the Reserves against Cefn Albion.
