The Wellmen return to Halkyn Road on Saturday, looking for a victory over Guilsfield which will see them through to the 3rd round of the Welsh Cup. The Welsh Cup has become a competition the club have grown to love over the years and again this season, the club, like all supporters, would like a good cup run like we have enjoyed in the past.
The Wellmen will be without Brady McGilloway who sits out the 3rd match of his 3 match suspension following his sending off against Corwen in the last round of the competition. Town also have a doubt in captain Steve Thomas who is struggling to shake off a slight hamstring strain despite training in the week and will face a late fitness test.
Town welcome back Matty Kendrick and Danny Desormeaux into the squad as both have missed the past couple of games through injury and Jack Pennington returns following a thigh strain. Unfortunately for Town, International Clearance was not obtained in time for new signings Morgan Jones and Michael Jones.
The game is one of the ties of the round as 3rd place Town face 4th place Guilsfield, and we are sure of a good game between two sides who are in good form so its a game not to be missed.
The match kicks off at 2.30pm and hopefully the Wellmen's Supporters will turn out in force to cheer the lads onto victory.
See you there......
