After putting in some excellent performances last season, Winslade soon became a crowd favourite and won the coveted Supporters Player of the Year in the recent Presentation Night.

Winslade scored 13 goals in 28 matches last season including a hat trick against Queens Park in the league fixture at Halkyn Road. His pace and determination in and around the penalty box will once again see him play an important part in the Wellmen’s attack next season and we as a club are made up that Mark signed for the Wellmen despite offers from other clubs.

Manager Gareth Sudlow added, “To keep Wins at this football club is such a boost for us all. Having played with Wins, I’ve seen it first hand what a player he is, he has everything and I’m delighted he has signed on for the new era.

Again same as the other lads committed for next season, Wins has shown his loyalty to the club and I’m sure the supporters are thrilled that their player of the year is staying with us. Welcome back Wins!"

Winslade joins Paul Williams and Sam Jones from last season's squad to have signed on the dotted line, and the club will make further announcements in due course.
