The Wellmen will be hoping victory on Saturday embarks the club on another great cup run to emulate past season's, but John Haseldin's side will not be taking anything for granted against Ruthin Town.
The club have enjoyed success in the competition over the past few years and victory on Saturday will see the club go into Monday's draw hoping for a good draw, especially with the Welsh Premier League sides entering the competition in the 2nd round stage.
The hosts currently sit in 3rd place in the Welsh National League Premier Division but Town know it won't be easy. John Haseldin will annouce his side prior to kick off but Lee Emberton and Paul Williams are both still unavailable through injury.
Kick off on Saturday is slightly earlier than usual at 2.00pm and the club are urging those who don't have access to social media to inform them of the earlier kick off due to it being the Welsh Cup Competition.
Their Memorial Playing Fields ground can be found on the A525 to the of the Fire Station, inbetween the Craft Centre Roundabout and the Texaco petrol station.
