Saturday see's the big local derby between Buckley Town and Holywell Town in the Welsh Cup's tie of the round.

Having already claimed the scalp of Cymru Alliance sides Penrhyncoch, Penycae, Porthmadog and Mold Alex in the Welsh Cup competiton over the past couple of season's, the Wellmen are looking to add Buckley Town to that list on Saturday in the 3rd round of the Welsh Cup.

Town travel to Buckley Town full of confidence following last weekend's 4-1 win over Tywyn / Bryncrug, and the Wellmen welcome back top scorer Sam Jones, who missed out on last week's win due to suspension and also back in contention are Jack D'arcy and John Leonard who have been injured of late. However, Town will be without Lee Emberton who is still struggling with the injury that has prevented him playing over the past few weeks.

Sam Jones, who picked up the FAW Player of the Round award following Town's 1st round win over Hay St Mary's will be out to add more Welsh Cup goals to his name after picking up a hat trick in the first round, then scoring the winner in the last round against Mold Alex from the penalty spot. Also, Phil Lloyd is in a rich vein of form and picked up another brace of goals last week to add to his tally for the season.

Town are hoping of another excellent following on Saturday up at Globe Way and if its anything like the support we had at Mold Alex a month ago, Town will have a lot of supporters cheering us on to victory!
