The Wellmen returned from a Pwllheli basking in Bank Holiday sunshine with a hard earned win. Phil Lloyd broke the deadlock shortly before half time poking home from a long Matty Roberts throw in on the left, this after Sam Jones had seen his turn and shot from the edge of the box rattle the woodwork midway through the half.
Jone had his reward though, blasting home a penalty on 52 minutes, after Tony Roebuck's cross struck a Pwll hand following the midfielder's strong run into the box.

Back at Halkyn Road, a hard fought final league game of the season saw our league champion reserve side fall to a second half goal versus local rivals Flint Youth.
