Both teams take a point from this afternoon's games after both sides record a 1-1 scoreline.

The First Team travelled to Llanberis knowing a victory over the Darans and Barmouth beating Llandudno Junction would mean that the Wellmen would be crowned League Champions. The game was tough and Llanberis defended well and it took a Sam Jones penalty spot on 41 minutes to give us a half time lead. (pictured)

The second half saw more chances fall to the Wellmen to increase their lead but Llanberis Goalkeeper Louis Williams made some great saves to deny the Wellmen. The home side equalised on 71 minutes, Nathan Williams heading home from a corner and despite Phil Lloyd having a good shot saved and Sam Jones clipping the crossbar, the score remained 1-1 at the final whistle.

With Barmouth & Dyffryn beating Llandudno Junction, Town now only need 2 points from their remaining 4 League matches, but a point would do as our goal difference is far better than Junction's. With a game at Llanrwst United on Tuesday night, Town will be hoping to wrap the League up before Saturday's FAW Trophy Final at Llandudno against Penrhyndeudraeth.

The Reserves were at home to Lex Glyndwr and found themselves behind before Ryan Davies grabbed the equaliser with around 10 minutes of the game remaining.

The draw means Mold Alex, who won today, have now opened up a 2 point gap at the top, but the Wellmen have a game in hand on Mold. Town's next match is on Wednesday night where New Brighton come to Halkyn Road for a 7.30pm kick off.
