The Wellmen went into the game looking to get back to winning ways after last week's defeat to Mynydd Isa and to claw back points on leaders Penycae, but returned home with pointless after a 1-0 defeat.
THe result was hard to take given the fact the lads dominated the game but couldn't score, and Brymbo's winner was a miss hit free kick which took a deflection of the Wellmen's defensive wall and worng footed goalkeeper Joe Lewis and trickled into the back of the net.
Despite the defeat, the Reserves can still win the league, and winning all 5 remaining games will see us crowned champions.
The Reserves next game is on Wednesday as we make the journey to Llay Welfare, kick off 6.30pm
