Holywell Town return to league action for the first time in over a month as we travel to Llanfairpwll.

Llanfairpwll currently find themselves at the foot of the Welsh Alliance but the Wellmen will not be taking anything for granted as we aim for 3 more points in our quest for promotion out of the Welsh Alliance League.

We have already played Llanfairpwll at Halkyn Road back in October and ran out 15-1 winners, with Sam Jones getting 6 goals that afternoon. Unfortuantely for Town, Jones misses tomorrow following last week's sending off at Hakyin United.

Town will also be without Steve Thomas who aggrivated his hamstring injury last week and despite being not as bad as first thought, he will not be risked. Jack Darcy also misses out with an ankle injury.

Haseldin welcomes back goalkeeper Mike Platt who was missing last week due to holiday, Sean Pritchard (cup tied) and possibly Paul Williams who was injured last week but trained well during the week so we will see on him prior to the game. Graham Boylan is also added to the squad along with new signing Stuart Hayes who moved from Flint Town United this week.

The match kicks off at 2.30pm and there are still spaces available on the supporters coach so please get in touch if you want to reserve a seat. If you are travelling down by car, please be aware that there are roadworks around the Llanfairfechan tunnel so please allow extra time for the roadworks.

Directions to Llanfairfechan is as follows:

Follow the A55 past Bangor and go over the Britannia Bridge onto Anglesey and take first left towards Llanfairpwll. Once in the village turn right opposite the Ty Gwyn Hotel then turn left after the chapel and take the first fork right, go up the hill and the ground is situated on top of the hill.

See you there.....

The Reserves however are at home on Saturday against 3rd place Overton in the Welsh National Reserves and Colts League, and John Gilbertson's men will be looking for 3 points to keep the pressure on League Leaders Mold Alex Colts.

The leaders are level on points with the Wellmen but we have 2 games in hand on our Flintshire neighbours and with Mold Alex facing Argoed United who are down the bottom half of the table, Town will be looking for a great display and maximum points in our quest to finish champions. The Reserves match kicks off at 2.00pm and if you are not travelling to Anglesey, please turn up to support the Reserves. The Clubhouse will be open for refreshments.
