At the FJYFL Presentation evening held at the Springfield Hotel on Monday, Cooke was invited up to receive the trophy for the U19's League Player of the Year Award.

After last week's Holywell Town Presentation Evening where Jake won the Players Player of the year, and Top Goalscorer award in the Reserve Team awards section, and the Managers Player and was one of the top Goalscorers for the U19's in their Awards section, to receive this award by the FJYFL just adds to the awards that Jake has won after a remarkable season and is thoroughly deserved.
