Holywell Town Presentation Night - Season 2018/19

Saturday night saw Holywell Town hold it's Annual Presentation Night for the 2018/19 Season.

Held at the clubhouse at Halkyn Road, the evening got underway with the U19's receiving their trophies off Geraint Rowlands, before 1st Team Manager John Haseldin presented the trophies to his 1st Team. Lastly, Eddie Barry got up and presented the trophies to his championship winning Reserve side, who days earlier had been crowned Reserve & Colts League Champions.

Following this, awards and gifts were presented to committee members for their contributions over the past season. All three managers spoke highly of their players and thanked them for their efforts over the past season.

Top Scorer - Bailey Roberts
Goal of the season - Bailey Roberts
Players Player - Lewis Marshall
Most man of the matches - Jake Cooke / Lewis Marshall / Callum Pritchard
Miss of the season - Taylor Jones

Managers Player - Lewis Marshall
Supporters Player - Jake Cooke
Top Goal Scorer - Jay Wilkes
Goal of the season - Jake Cooke

1st Team-
Players Player - Tony Roebuck
Committee Player of the Year - Mike Platt
Young Player of the Year- Zebb Edwards.
Supporters Player of the Year - Jon Jones.
Top Goal Scorer - Steve Lewis.
Managers Player of the Year - Sam Jones
Goal of the Season - Zebb Edwards (Denbigh away)
Managers recognition Award - Justin Evans
Clubman of the year - Iwan Waters

Also, a Club Shirt was presented to Official Club Photographer Lee Douglas, a bottle of whiskey to Andy Quartley, a crate of bottles to Andy Lewis and Gaynor, Sarah and Karen all received a bunch of flowers for their contribution over the past season.

At the end of the evening, £100 was raised by those at the ceremony for Ethan Farren,. who is running the Chester Half Marathon in aid of the Fire-fighters Charity supporting injured fire-fighters and their families. Thanks to all who contributed to the great amount.
The Club would like to thank everyone who have supported all three teams the past season and a big thank you to all the players for their effort over the past season.
