8 teams competed to be crowned quiz champions, and the winning team this time round was Fritzel Palace who went home with the winning trophy. The team consisted of Shaun Holden, Neal Monaghan, Lee Jones and Jamie Foulkes. (Pictured).

At the end of the football quiz, the General Knowledge round was won by High Five Corners team which included Justin Evans, Danny Hughes, Gwydion Meurig and Paul Wood.

It was a great afternoon had by all and everyone competing had a good laugh along the way, and we have got to admit, the standard of correct answers given was high with all teams doing really well.

The club would like to thank Ray and Dewi for compiling the questions for the quizzes , and to Justin for organising the afternoon.

The next quiz is scheduled for the new year, so if you think you can raise a team to beat current champions Fritzel Palace, get a couple of friends together and come enter your team as you never know, it could be you winning the next quiz. Please keep your eye out for details.
