As he has missed every home game over the past few months, he has had to rely on messages off friends and family on how the Wellmen have been getting on. Manager John Haseldin, Ray Williams and Keith Davies went to visit Len and took the trophies for him to see and to have a chat with him about the matches and performances of late. (see picture).

Len was made up to see them and said it has been an excellent season and that the Wellmen have done really well and he was sorry to have missed the past few months of the treble winning season.

It was great to spend time with Len and to see his face light up holding the trophies will stay with Manager John Haseldin for a long time.

Everyone at the club send our wishes to Len for a speedy recovery and hope to see him again watching the Wellmen in the not so distant future.
