Saturday saw the Wellmen hold its End of Season Family Funday and Award Ceremonies.

The afternoon belonged to the Juniors, with age groups from the U6's and upwards held their award ceremonies in the clubhouse.

Outside on the pitch, various fun rides and games were there for the children to play on, with favourites such as the Bucking Bronco, Disco Dome and Rock 'n' Roller. It was great to see all the children enjoying themselves and each player received at least one trophy for playing for their teams over the past season.

Once the Juniors award ceremonies had finished, it was the turn of the Seniors of the Club, and players from the 1st Team, Reserve Team and the U19's arrived in the clubhouse for the evening.

The U19's manager Mark Presford presented the trophies to his U19s players and Eddie Barry introduced and presented his awards to the Reserve Team. Both spoke highly of their players and thanked them for their efforts over the season.

Next it was 1st Team Manager John Haseldin to present the awards to his squad. With Haseldin stepping down from his Managerial Position, it was rather an emotional final speech and he thanked everyone who had played for him and those who have helped him over the past 6 years when he was in the dug out. Coach Andy Lewis then got up to thank Johnny for all his efforts over his time as Town's Manager before Captain Steve Thomas got up to thank Johnny and everyone for their support after it was announced that Steve has signed For Llandudno. Departing Assistant Manager Chris Boulton also thanked everyone for their support during his two year stint as Assistant Manager then Comedian Mark Langley gave us all a laugh with his comedy and impressions show.
