The first round of the HGA League Cup see's Town face League Leaders Airbus Broughton, looking to progress into the Second Round and inflict the first defeat of the season on Airbus Broughton.

The Wellmen know its going to be a tough game against an Airbus side who have yet to lose a game this season, but Town are hoping that past positive performances will help them get a result against the Wingmakers.

Manager Gareth Sudlow said, "Saturday's game is going to be tough against the League Leaders, but hopefully we can progress into the second round of the League Cup with a positive result against Airbus. Im looking forward to be up against my old side and it will be nice to hopefully catch up with a few people who I know from the past, and hopefully the Wellmen supporters will make the short journey to cheer the lads on."

Town have no fresh injury fears ahead of the game, but are sweating over Paul Williams who missed last week's game against Conwy Borough through injury. The Wellmen could be up against former player Brady McGilloway, who signed for Saturday's hosts during the summer.

Saturday's game kicks off at 2.30pm and the Wellmen are hoping of a good turn out of supporters make the short journey to cheer the lads on. See you there......
